Trip is over
Here we are sitting at the airport in Miami, Florida. We got off the ship and through customs and to the airport at 0930. Our plane does not leave until 1400. Then we have a couple hour lay over in Houston, Texas. Won’t get into Sacramento, California until late. Be sure to watch www.fam5.com for a complete wrap up of our Pampered Chef incentive trip to the Caribbean.
Turning off my mobile device now. I will see you on the other side with pics and so much more.
Sitting at Windjammer Cafe, more like restaurant, eating lunch. Looking forward to checking out the rest of the ship. Our cabin is small but cozy. Nice size window to the ocean. Looking forward to relaxing, yea right, and watching the sea go boy.
Hurry up and wait sounds like the Navy. We are checked in and now waiting for our group number (13) to be called for actually boarding there on 9.
1115 we are on the first shuttle going to the ship. Bags loaded and Tammy is networking with fellow Pampered Chef consultants.
Bags are to be picked up in our room and transferred to the ship. We will be shuttled to the Port of Miami at 1115. It’s windy today but warm. We are so excited to board the ship and get this PARTY started!
2235 we have touch down in Miami Florida. We have bags and on shuttle at 2330.
1750 we have arrived in Texas. No not Houston like we we’re suppose to but rather Dallas/Fort Worth on American not Continental. Hey were out of SAC and on our way. The flight was long but uneventful. We have about an hour before connecting to Miami.
Finally said enough is enough we had them rebook us another flight. We are now flying on American Airlines in just over 2 hours. American would not be my 2nd choice but here we go. The other bad thing is there is another coming soon sign starring me in the eyes. Damn you Starbucks hurry up.
Wholly shit now were looking at another 5 hours. Waiting for a part for the plane that is on another flight. Continental airlines you SUCK! This is why I fly United or Southwest. Damn it. Gong to see if I can get re booked on another flight and airlines.
The board says boarding. Does it sound like I am boarding? NOT Waiting for the next delay notice.
Are all airlines screwed up these days. Now there sayng at least a 2 hour delay. Come on get your shit straight.
Amazing a delay with Continental airlines, suprise, suprise. Going to be 45 minute delay. That was 25 minutes ago and now they come on saying going to a 45 minute delay. Wait so your saying a 70 minute delay now. Fun part of traveling.
